Louisiana Equality Means Business is a project of the Forum for Equality Foundation that highlights major employers in Louisiana that have adopted comprehensive non-discrimination policies and have demonstrated their commitment to valuing and including all employees.

We believe promoting companies that set the standard with comprehensive and inclusive policies is the best way to encourage others to promote diversity and to strengthen Louisiana’s capacity to recruit and retain a talented workforce.
